Direct Payment/ Credit Cards

crossWe hope you consider the Direct Payment Program or the Credit Card Payment Program as a means to make your contributions to St. Elizabeth Parish. As you decide the amount you wish to contribute to the parish, you may want to use the use the Stewardship calculator. Using the steps described there will allow you to make a planned, proportionate and sacrificial offering. We encourage you to make a prayerful decision as a family, asking yourselves “What shall I return to the Lord?” (Psalm 116) If the circumstances of your life change, your contribution can be changed.

Direct Payment

To sign up for Direct Payment, complete and sign this authorization form. Sign it and keep a copy for your records. Return the form to St. Elizabeth Parish along with a voided check drawn on the account you want us to use for your direct payments. The voided check will give us all the information we need to set up your account: your bank identification number and account number.

Monthly Offerings by Credit Cards

St. Elizabeth Parish is now able to accept your regular and special offerings by Visa, Mastercard or Amex on a once-a-month charge basis. By providing us with your name (as it appears on the card), your card number and expiration date, as well as the address at which you receive your monthly statements, we can process a monthly charge at the level you indicate. This method provides a wonderful record of your giving for charitable receipting purposes and if your card provider allows, it rewards your use of the card with air miles and/or other benefits. To sign up for the credit card payment program, download the application form, fill out all the information using an ink pen, and either mail this form to St. Elizabeth of Hungary, 175 Wolf Hill Road, Melville, New York 11747 or send by fax to: (631) 271-1415 or drop it off at the Parish Office.

What About Envelopes?

We will continue to send you envelopes. This will ensure that you will continue to receive the special Holy Day and Diocesan collection envelopes. In addition, feel free to place your weekly envelopes in the collection basket after you have marked it with the letters “EFT”(electronic funds transfer) or "CCP" (credit card payment.) This will allow you to fully participate in the offertory collection while assuring our volunteers that money has not been lost from your envelope!

If you have any questions or concerns about Direct Payments or Credit Card Payments, please call Linda Zumpano at 271-4455 ext. 303. Thank you for responding to God’s generosity.
