Altar Servers are liturgical ministers whose role is to assist the priest and deacon at Mass, at wedding ceremonies, and at special liturgies during Holy Week. Altar Servers perform their ministry so that our worship at liturgy can be more prayerful and meaningful. New servers are trained in all areas of liturgy once a year in the Fall.

Cleanliness, being next to Godliness,
we in the Altar Linen Ministry are privileged in insuring that all cloths
and linens used at Mass, liturgical ceremonies and baptisms are worthy
of God's altar.

Every human art form to express
and celebrate the saving work of Jesus is necessary for good liturgy.
The Interior Design Committee takes the blank canvas which is our worship
space and plans and creates an environment that is awe-inspiring as well
as spiritually provoking, while evoking a sense of awareness of the different
liturgical seasons.

Weekly maintenance and rearranging
of the plants and flowers keeps our worship area and Parish Center beautiful
and inviting. If you possess a green thumb, this ministry is for you.
Sewing Committee

Projects this ministry has taken
on include creating banners for the Church and Gathering Area, sewing
bibs for infants being baptized, baptismal garments for RCIA Candidates,
repairing altar service albs, sewing Teddy Bears for patients recovering
from surgery and creating blankets and quilts for the Linus Project. Click
