Parish/ Diocesan Policy

Our diocese requires that we register all parish volunteers so that we can serve those in our care responsibly and effectively.

Volunteers should be aware of the Diocese Child Protection Policy

You can begin to volunteer once you have submitted the three signed, dated forms immeciately below together with your proof of Virtus attendance to the Parish.

- Volunteer Service Reguest Form
- Volunteer Screening Consent and Disclosure Forn

- Signed Code of Conduct

 

- Certificate of Attendence at Virtus

Register for your Virtus Training Online.  Be sure to choose “Rockville Centre (Diocese)” as your organization.  It will give you the list of current classes being held AND you will register online for the session you choose.  Any questions, please call the Parish Center.or print out the online registration instuctions.

1] These forms are not used to register you as a member of the parish.

2] Only persons 18 years of age or over should fill out these forms.
